130 Registering premises where Category 1 or 2 restricted publications are published
An applicant for registration under section 129 must specify in the application each of the premises at which the applicant carries on, or proposes to carry on, the business of publishing publications.
Where the Registrar grants an application for registration under section 129, the Registrar is to register the premises specified in the application in the name of the registered person.
A registered person may at any time apply to the Registrar in a form approved by the Minister for premises at which the registered person proposes to carry on the business of publishing publications to be registered and the Registrar is to register those premises in the name of the registered person.
