57 Division does not apply to certain articles
This Division does not apply to —
(a)
a publication that is classified Unrestricted, Category 1 restricted or Category 2 restricted; or
(b)
a film that is classified G, PG, M, MA 15+, R 18+ or X 18+; or
(c)
a computer game that is classified G, PG, M, MA 15+ or R 18+; or
(d)
an approved advertisement.
