142 Protection from personal liability
(1)
This section applies to —
(a)
the Minister; and
[(b), (c) deleted]
(d)
the Registrar; and
[(e), (f) deleted]
(g)
an authorised person; and
(h)
an officer of the department of the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of this Act; and
(i)
a member of the police force and an officer in the Police Department 2.
(2)
A person to whom this section applies is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith by that person in the performance or purported performance of any duty, or the exercise or purported exercise of any power, under this Act.
