151 Savings provisions for registration
A person who, immediately before commencement, is registered under section 11A of the Indecent Publications and Articles Act 1902 3 is, on commencement, taken to be registered under section 129 of this Act for the period that, and on the same terms as, applied to that former registration.
Premises in the register under section 11A of the Indecent Publications and Articles Act 1902 3 immediately before commencement are taken to be registered premises under this Act.
The Secretary is to enter the name and other particulars of a person referred to in subsection (1) in the register and may deal with those particulars as if they were entered under section 135.
