106 Unlawful commercial operations
(1)
A person must not, without lawful authority, sell any goods or services, or carry on any business, on CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
(2)
A person must not advertise that the person is willing to sell any goods or services, or that the person carries on or will carry on a business, on CALM land unless the person has lawful authority to sell the goods or services, or carry on the business, on the CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
