113 Evidence
In any prosecution under these regulations an averment in the complaint —
(a)
that the place at or in respect of which a contravention of a regulation is alleged to have occurred was, or was within, a restricted area declared for the purpose of that regulation; or
(b)
that the place at or in respect of which a contravention of a regulation is alleged to have occurred was, or was within, a designated area declared for the purpose of that regulation; or
(c)
that an act or state of affairs occurred without lawful authority,
is taken to have been proved in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
