110 False or misleading information
A person must not, in relation to the holding of a lease, licence or permit or the payment of a fee, give information orally or in writing to an authorised officer that the person knows to be —
(a)
false or misleading in a material particular; or
(b)
likely to deceive in a material way.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
