107 Distribution of printed matter and advertising material
A person must not, without lawful authority, on CALM land —
(a)
sell or distribute or carry or expose for sale any printed or written matter; or
(b)
distribute any printed or written matter for a commercial purpose; or
(c)
advertise or promote any product, service or event for a commercial purpose.
Penalty: a fine of $500.
