76B Who is not qualified to be elected as member of Parliament
(1)
A person to whom the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 section 32 or 34(1) applies is disqualified from being elected as a member of the Council or the Assembly.
(2)
A person to whom the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 section 34(2) applies is disqualified from being elected as a member of the House of which the person is not a member.
