80A Lodging group claims with Electoral Commissioner
(1)
If a group claim under section 80 is made to the Electoral Commissioner, the claim is taken to have been made to the returning officer for the whole of State electorate when the claim was received by the Electoral Commissioner.

This section does not affect the operation of section 81A.
