15 Duration of licence
(1)
The Authority may grant or renew a retail licence for any period not exceeding 15 years that the Authority considers appropriate.
(2)
The Authority may grant or renew a licence other than a retail licence for any period not exceeding 30 years that the Authority considers appropriate.
