17 Licence fees
(1)
A licensee must pay to the Authority the prescribed licence fee —
(a)
within one month after the day of grant or renewal of the licence; and
(b)
within one month after each anniversary of that day during the term of the licence.
(2)
The regulations may prescribe different licence fees for each of the classifications referred to in section 4.
(3)
The Authority may recover any outstanding licence fee in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due by the licensee to the State.
