23 Notice of decisions

(1)

The Authority must ensure that notice of the grant, renewal, transfer or amendment of a licence is published in the Gazette as soon as is practicable after the grant, renewal, transfer or amendment.

(2)

The notice must include —

(a)

the date of the grant, renewal, transfer or amendment; and

(b)

the name and business address of the licensee; and

(c)

the term of the licence; and

(d)

a description of the licence area; and

(e)

in the case of an amendment, details of the amendment; and

(f)

the place where a copy of the licence and any plan may be inspected under section 24; and

(g)

the Authority’s website address.

(3)

The Authority must ensure that written notice of a decision to refuse to grant, renew, or approve the transfer of, a licence, together with a statement of the reasons for the decision, is given to the applicant within 14 days after the decision is made.
