21 Amendment of licence on application of licensee
(1)
A licensee may apply to the Authority at any time for amendment of the licence.
(2)
An application for the amendment of a licence must be —
(a)
made in a form approved by the Authority; and
(b)
accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
(3)
An applicant must provide any additional information that the Authority may require for the proper consideration of the application.
(4)
The Authority may grant the application if —
(a)
it has been made in accordance with subsection (2); and
(b)
where a requirement has been made under subsection (3), the relevant information has been provided to the Authority.
