13 Referral to IR Commission to perform certain functions in referral agreement
(1)
A party to a referral agreement, or a member of a group of employers or employees that is a party to a referral agreement, may refer an employment dispute to the IR Commission for the performance by the IR Commission of such functions as are specified in the referral agreement.
(2)
The referral must be in a form approved in writing by the Chief Commissioner.
(3)
A party who makes a referral can withdraw the referral at any time.
