Division 2Resolution under referral agreement

17 Representation

A party to a referral proceeding —

(a)

may appear in person; or

(b)

if the party is a body corporate, may be represented by a director, secretary or other officer of the body corporate; or

(c)

may be represented as provided in the referral agreement or, if no provision for representation is made in the referral agreement, as the parties agree.
