23 IR Commission must publish examples of dispute resolution functions
(1)
The IR Commission must cause examples of the functions that may be performed by the IR Commission under a referral agreement to be published on an internet website maintained by the IR Commission or by other means approved by the Chief Commissioner.
(2)
The publication of examples of functions does not limit the functions the IR Commission may perform under a referral agreement.
