Division 2Resolution under referral agreement
22 Appeals
(1)
A party may not appeal against a decision of the IR Commission made pursuant to a referral under this Division unless the relevant referral agreement provides that the party may appeal against such a decision.
(2)
If a referral agreement provides that a party may appeal against a decision made pursuant to a referral under this Division, the IR Act section 49 applies as if the decision were a decision under that Act.
