16 IR Commission may determine scope of referral agreement
(1)
The IR Commission may make a determination as to either or both of the following —
(a)
the scope or operation of a referral agreement;
(b)
the meaning of any provision of a referral agreement.
(2)
A determination under subsection (1) is binding on the parties to the referral agreement and has effect according to its terms.
