32 Referral to other bodies
(1)
If a complaint raises issues that in the opinion of the Director require investigation by another person or body, other than a registration board, the Director may refer the complaint to that person or body.
(2)
A referral under subsection (1) may only be made with the consent of the person who made the complaint.
