110 When appeal deemed to be abandoned
The appeal shall in every case be deemed to be abandoned if the appellant —
(a)
fails duly to file or serve such notice of appeal, or duly to lodge such deposit within the time hereinbefore limited in that behalf; or
(b)
fails duly to set down the appeal or special case for hearing within the time hereinbefore respectively limited in that behalf, or such extended time as the Supreme Court or a Judge thinks fit to grant on application made by the appellant before the expiration of the time limited as aforesaid.
