87 Procedure
The procedure of the Warden’s Court shall be in accordance with this Act and the regulations; but the warden, or, in his absence, the clerk of the Warden’s Court may, at the request in writing of the parties concerned, hear and determine any question in dispute within the jurisdiction of the warden summarily and without requiring any formal proceeding to be commenced, and the decision of the warden or the clerk of the Warden’s Court, as the case may be, may be entered upon and enforced as an order of the court, and shall be final and conclusive.
