96 Record and formal drawing up of judgments

With respect to every judgment, conviction, or order of the court, the following provisions shall apply:—

(a)

A minute thereof shall be entered in a register kept for the purpose, and no other record thereof shall be necessary;

(b)

If any of the parties so requests, or if the warden thinks fit, or if notice of appeal is given, it may at any time thereafter be formally drawn up under the hand of the warden;

(c)

it shall not be void, quashed, or vacated for want of form.
