83 Warden’s Court a court of record
(1)
The Warden’s Court shall be a court of record, and for such court there shall be a seal.
(2)
All summonses, judgments, orders, warrants, and other processes issued out of the court shall be signed by the warden or the clerk of the Warden’s Court.
