16 Settlement of claims by agreement
If a claim is settled by agreement under this Division, the conciliation and review officer is to set out the terms of the agreement in writing.
The written agreement is to be signed by the conciliation and review officer, the claimant and the nominated officer.
The conciliation and review officer is to give a copy of the signed agreement to the claimant, the nominated officer and the Commissioner.
If a claim is settled by agreement under this Division, no further action is to be taken under these regulations in relation to the claim.
If a claim is not settled by agreement under this Division, the conciliation and review officer is to notify the Commissioner accordingly.
