22 Public sector body to notify Commissioner and claimant of intended response
Within 10 business days after a public sector body is given notice under regulation 21 of relief that the Commissioner recommends be given to the claimant, the employing authority of the public sector body is to give written notice to the Commissioner and the claimant of its intention —
to give to the claimant the recommended relief; or
to give to the claimant any other relief as specified in the notice given by the employing authority of the public sector body; or
not to give any relief to the claimant.
If subregulation (1)(b) or (c) applies, the employing authority is to include in the notice the reasons for that intention.
The employing authority is to give written notice to the Commissioner within 10 business days after the claimant is given relief, specifying the relief that was given.
