30 Commissioner may report to Minister and Parliament
If the Commissioner determines that a public sector body —
(a)
has not given a claimant the relief directed by the Commissioner under regulation 21(1) or (2A); or
(b)
has not complied with any of these regulations,
the Commissioner —
(c)
may give a written report setting out the facts and circumstances that gave rise to that determination to —
(i)
the employing authority of the public sector body; and
(ii)
the Minister responsible for the public sector body;
and
(d)
may cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
