89 Hearings
(1)
The Board may hold hearings for the purposes of an inquiry.
(2)
Hearings must be held in public.
(3)
However, the Board may direct that a hearing, or any part of a hearing, be held in private if the Board is satisfied that it is desirable to do so because of the confidential nature of any evidence or matter or for any other reason.
