97 Disruption of inquiry
(1)
A person must not hinder or obstruct the conduct of an inquiry.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
(2)
A person must not insult the Board when it is conducting an inquiry.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
