96 Protection for compliance with direction
(1)
A person must comply with a direction given to the person under section 94(1) despite the provisions of any other written law.
(2)
However —
(a)
no civil or criminal liability is incurred as a result of compliance with the direction; and
(b)
compliance with the direction cannot be regarded as —
(i)
a breach of any duty of confidentiality or secrecy imposed by law; or
(ii)
a breach of professional ethics, professional standards or any principles of conduct applicable to the person’s employment; or
(iii)
unprofessional conduct (however described).
