128 Approvals—renewal application
(1)
An approval‑holder may apply to the director‑general for renewal of their approval.
(2)
An application must—
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
include any information that the director‑general reasonably requires to decide the application.
(3)
If an application for renewal is made before the approval expires, the approval continues in force (unless otherwise suspended, cancelled or surrendered) until the director‑general notifies the applicant of a decision on the application.
