134 Approvals—duration
(1)
An approval, and a renewal of an approval, under section 131—
(a)
starts on the day it is given, or any later day stated in the approval decision notice; and
(b)
expires 5 years after it starts, or any earlier day stated in the notice.
(2)
An approval has no effect during any period in which it is suspended.
