137 Approvals—additional conditions for corporations
If an approval‑holder is a corporation, the approval is subject to a condition that the corporation must—
(a)
ensure that each individual exercising a function on behalf of the corporation under the approval has the required qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience; and
(b)
before an individual starts exercising a function on behalf of the corporation under the approval, give the director‑general written notice of the name and contact details of the individual.
