143 Approvals—cancellation
If the director‑general is satisfied there are grounds to cancel an approval, the director‑general may cancel the approval by giving the approval‑holder a written cancellation notice stating—
(a)
the grounds for the cancellation; and
(b)
when the cancellation takes effect.
