139 Approvals—grounds for suspension or cancellation
Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling an approval:
the approval‑holder has failed to comply with a provision of this Act;
the approval‑holder is not a suitable person to hold the approval;
for a certifier authority or auditor authority—the approval‑holder does not satisfy a criterion mentioned in section 133;
the approval‑holder does not have the qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required to continue to hold the approval;
the approval‑holder used false or misleading information to obtain the approval;
a ground for refusing to renew the approval exists;
any other ground prescribed by regulation.
