Division 5.1Biosecurity permits
63 Permits—application
(1)
A person may apply to the director‑general for a biosecurity permit.
(2)
An application must—
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
state the conduct to be permitted; and
(c)
include any information that the director‑general reasonably requires to decide the application.
Note
It is an offence to make a false or misleading statement, give false or misleading information or produce a false or misleading document (see Criminal Code, pt 3.4).
