65 Permits—additional information
(1)
The director‑general may, by written notice, require an applicant for a biosecurity permit under section 63, or renewal under section 64, to give the director‑general additional information that the director‑general reasonably needs to decide the application, within a stated time and at a stated place.
(2)
If the applicant does not comply with a requirement in the notice, the director‑general may refuse to consider the application further.
