31 Commissioner’s staff
(1)
The commissioner may employ staff on behalf of the Territory.
(2)
The commissioner’s staff (other than staff mentioned in section 32 (1) (a)) must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
Note The Public Sector Management Act 1994, div 8.2 applies to the commissioner in relation to the employment of staff (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 152).
