33B Delegation by electoral commission

(1)

The electoral commission may delegate the commission’s functions under this Act or another territory law to—

(a)

the commissioner; or

(b)

an officer or a member of the commissioner’s staff.

(2)

However, the electoral commission must not delegate its functions under part 4 (Electorates) or part 15 (Review of decisions).
