33C Delegation by commissioner
(1)
The commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s functions under this Act or another territory law to an officer or a member of the commissioner’s staff.
Note For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see Legislation Act 2001, pt 19.4.
(2)
However, the commissioner must not delegate the commissioner’s functions under part 4 (Electorates).
