24J Definitions—pt 4C
In this part:
eligible person, for a review of a price direction for regulated services, means any of the following people:
(a)
the referring authority;
(b)
a utility providing any of those services;
(c)
anyone who made a submission to the commission in the course of the investigation into the price direction;
(d)
a group of people at least 1 of whom made a submission to the commission in the course of the investigation into the price direction.
price direction includes a variation of a price direction.
