Application for review—commission’s response

In force

(1)

This section applies if an industry panel decides to hear an application for review of a price direction.

(2)

The industry panel must tell the commission—

(a)

it may make a submission to the panel on any issue raised in the application for review; and

(b)

the date, decided after consultation with the commission, by which the commission must make a submission under paragraph (a).
