Information to be given to commission following price direction review

In force

(1)

This section applies if an industry panel has–

(a)

finished a price direction review; and

(b)

made a substituted price direction.

(2)

The industry panel must give the commission any information the panel considers relevant, after consultation with the commission, to the commission implementing the substituted price direction.
