24W Protection from liability of panel members, parties and representatives
A person who is or has been a member of an industry panel is not personally liable for anything done, or omitted to be done, honestly and without recklessness—
in the exercise of a function under this Act; or
in the reasonable belief that the act was in the exercise of a function under this Act.
Any liability that would, apart from this section, attach to a person who is or has been a member of an industry panel attaches instead to the Territory.
A person who is or has been a party to an application or a representative of a party is not personally liable for anything done, or omitted to be done, honestly and without recklessness, as a party to an application or a representative of a party.
