24V Costs

(1)

The reasonable costs of the review of a price direction, as assessed by the industry panel and notified to the applicant, are payable as follows:

(a)

the costs of each party are payable by the party;

(b)

the costs of the industry panel are payable by the applicants for the review and the utilities to which the review relates in proportions determined by the industry panel.

(2)

The costs of the industry panel include any costs incurred by the panel in obtaining the assistance of the commission or any other person, body (whether incorporated or unincorporated) or government agency.
