24U Functions of commission
The commission must give an industry panel any assistance the panel requires, including the provision of all the information available to the commission in the original investigation.
The following sections apply (with necessary changes) to the report of an industry panel’s decision on an application for review as if it were a report by the commission into a price regulation investigation:
• section 21 (Final reports)
• section 23 (Confidential material in reports)
• section 24 (Presenting of reports to Legislative Assembly)
• section 24B (Correction of errors in reports).
The commission must take any action necessary to implement a decision of an industry panel.
