21 Duration of approved AIP plan
Project involves establishing a new relevant facility
If a major project involves establishing a new relevant facility, an approved AIP plan for the project:
comes into force when the Authority approves the plan; and
subject to this Division, continues in force until the end of the 2‑year period beginning when the project is completed.
Project does not involve establishing a new relevant facility
If a major project does not involve establishing a new relevant facility, an approved AIP plan for the project:
comes into force when the Authority approves the plan; and
subject to this Division, continues in force until the project is completed.
