28 Record‑keeping—operator of new relevant facility

If:

(a)

an approved AIP plan is, or has been, in force for a major project; and

(b)

the project involves establishing a new relevant facility;

the operator of the new relevant facility must:

(c)

keep such records as are reasonably necessary to enable the Authority to ascertain whether Part C of the plan has been complied with; and

(d)

retain those records for 5 years.
