25 Compliance report—project proponent
Scope
This section applies to a major project if an approved AIP plan for the project is, or has been, in force.
Reporting period
For the purposes of this section, a reporting period for the plan is:
the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which the plan is approved; and
each subsequent 6‑month period during any part of which:
the plan is in force; and
the project proponent for the project is subject to any obligations under Part B of the plan.
Section 30 deals with Parts of AIP plans.
Subsection (2) has effect subject to subsection (4).
The Authority may, by written notice given to the project proponent for the project, determine that, for the purposes of this section, a reporting period for the plan has the meaning given by the determination.
A determination under subsection (4) is not a legislative instrument.
Compliance report—project proponent
The project proponent for the project must, within 3 months after the end of each reporting period, prepare and give the Authority a report relating to compliance with Part B of the plan during the reporting period.
Section 30 deals with Parts of AIP plans.
A report under subsection (6) must:
be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority; and
be accompanied by such information as is specified in the legislative rules.
