22 Summary of specified steps
(1)
If a person gives the Authority a draft AIP plan for a major project, the person must also give the Authority a summary of the steps specified in accordance with whichever of subsections 35(2), 36(2), 39(2) and 40(2) are applicable.
(2)
The summary must be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority.
(3)
The Authority must ensure that the summary is available on the Authority’s website throughout the 15‑day period beginning on the day after the summary was received by the Authority.
